Description
It's been a while since I had SteamMan in mind. In fact, a couple of areas in the Endless/Endurance Attack stage of Mega Man Unlimited are what would be his stage: Some kind of hot spring facility.
The Robot Master himself though, has a design based on a pressure cooker. His head is the pressure regulator weight and it bobs to the sides when pressure is strong while steam is blown left and right.
Among ideas for his attacks are a Steam Bomb, a Steam Barrier, using high powered pistons in his feet to jump high and stomp on Mega Man and various attacks involving high-temperature steam. He would also be able to hide behind clouds of steam to perform surprise attacks.
