I felt like this weapon addressed a few issues I've had in my history of Mega Man games. First off, my experience with stunning weapons is not the best. I HATED that in Mega Man 3; you could stun an enemy of Spark Shock, but you could not switch to a new weapon, as the resulting stun still registered as being on screen, effectively making Spark Shock useless in my eyes. Glue Shot for me was what Spark Shock should have been. I especially liked using it to stun those enemies that fire two shots from their chest and shield their heads (the only weak spot on their bodies. The game allows me to switch to a new weapon while they're stunned and their head exposed so I can just unload on them. The fact the Glue Shot makes platforms we can stand on is a nice function too, and the utilization of it is smart; like in Tank Man's stage where you have to create a glue platform in order to slide through to get a YOKU letter OR during the tower parts in Wily's Fortress where Glue Shot was needed to make platforms to ascend; reminded me of the Magnet Beam from Mega Man 1. Truly a fun weapon despite the fact it does no damage. It still has plenty of uses.
