I just finished this picture. I'm a big fan of The Mysterious Cities of Gold. (The French Version though) I've always loved the Olmec flying machine and how the series really take a science fiction turn towards the end. I think that machine really captures the essence of a mechanical design that is supposed to scare the hell out of people facing it. I also loved the Great Condor but... Olmec Flying Machine Pwns! ( :
For those who don't know the series, the girl there is Zia. She is a prisoner inside that huge grey flying machine and Esteban, Tao & Mendoza are in the Great Condor, trying to save her. Great episode! ^_^ Please ask me for permission before using my pictures anywhere else. |
